The Builder
Cottage Glen is built by CS Jennings Construction, a local builder who has done several different Winchester communities over the years.
The Inside Scoop
Cottage Glen is still building out the last few lots. It is a smaller cul-de-sac community with no thru traffic. This community has a very charming feel. The craftsmen styles of the homes brings in the uniqueness of the community with paver streets and a small walking path through the community. This community is fenced on the left side of the street. Cross Creek Village began building in 2020 and is almost sold out with only a few remaining lots available as of mid-2024.
The HOA is $175/month and move in fee includes a capital contribution of $500. The HOA includes basic amenities:
