The Homes

Priced from the High $300’s to Low $400’s

Some of the floor plans have been updated by previous/current owners. All are single family one level brick homes with the exception of those that back up to the battlefield that have basements. The homes are traditional floor plans and range from 1,600-1,900 square feet.

The Builder

Cross Creek Village was built prior to 2016 but the newer homes were completed as early as 2020. The builder is Oakcrest Builder, a local Winchester building company.

The Inside Scoop

Cross Creek Village has a clubhouse and a portion of the community backs up to Kernstown Battlefield, a civil war battlefield owned by the Shenandoah Valley Battlefield Foundation.

Walkability is within the community, but has access to another 55+ active adult community that is next door to Creekside for easy access to shopping.

The HOA is $600/quarter ($200/month) and includes basic amenities:
