Snowden Bridge is relatively new compared to more established and centrally-located 55+ community around Winchester. And while newer communities tend to have longer drive times to reach key destinations with the town such as historic Old Town or Winchester Medical center, Hiatt Point might have the best location of all the newer communities. The surrounding are is tranquil and offers fast access to the countryside, while still being about 15 minutes from all the biggest attractions that Winchester has to offer.
