This community consists of single family homes with basements, townhouses (considered condos) and condo buildings with elevators.

The one-level single family homes range in square feet from 1,500 – 2,400 with 3 different floor plans. All have kitchens opening to the great room with 2-3 bedrooms, 2 full baths. The floor plans are update and flow nicely. Some homes have back covered porches, sunrooms or patios. The yards are larger than most 55+ active adult communities providing more privacy from your neighbors.

The Villas (townhomes that are considered condos) also have an open concept, with the primary bedroom on the main level and 2 additional
bedrooms upstairs. They have a covered patio in the rear of the unit.

The Flats (true condos) are located in buildings on the property with an elevator to get to the upper levels. They have patios and balconies for access to the outside. There is plenty of parking for guests. There are 4 different floor plans depending on your needs. The buildings are security protected and each unit has a smart intercom – an app to let guests in and entries logged with a photo and date stamp. Also, Siri and Alexa integration available in some units.

Ryan Homes has a good reputation and has been building in the Washington, DC area for decades. They started building in the Winchester around 2015 and have several 55+ active adult communities in the area with different lot sizes depending on your needs.
